VILLA MAJORCA
A luxury rental townhome community in the City of Coral Gables. This Mediterranean style development consists of a seven story structure with 36 luxurious townhome residences - located at the intersection of Majorca Avenue and Le Jeune Road.
RESIDENCES AT VIZCAYA
This sophisticated condominium is located in Miami, in the vibrant village of Coconut Grove. This nine story structure consists of eighteen residences, private pools and other luxurious amenities.
OLD SPANISH VILLAGE
Old Spanish Village is located in the heart of Coral Gables. When completed, Old Spanish Village will comprise an office tower, mid-rise condominiums, and town-home villas. All designed to evoke a classic Spanish architecural style.
KEYSTONE PARK
A single 15-story building located along LeJeune Rd. Ten levels of apartment dwellings (159 units) stacked above a five-level parking garage, which include 2 commercial spaces on the ground level and a recreation deck with a swimming pool.
KEYSTONE VILLA II
This second tower is an "L" shaped single 9-story building located on a parcel along Coral Way. Five levels of apartment dwellings stacked above a four-level parking garage. The ground level of the parking garage also includes retail shop space space.

CIMA TELECOM CENTER
This luxury office building, with 24,000s.f. incorporates the latest in GREEN building practices and is on track to receive a Gold LEED certification. Innovative passive and active solar design strategies along with an integrated energy management system will provide significant operational cost reductions.
DSW
Conducted the interior build-out for the newly opened DSW located at the XXXX Mall in Miami. A modified concept store that is more attractive than their average big box stores, which have a simple warehouse look.
2901 IMPLOSION
2901 Implosion is located in the heart of Coral Gables. When completed, 2901 Implosion will comprise an office tower, mid-rise condominiums, and town-home villas. All designed to evoke a classic Spanish architecural style.
GAMMA SEAFOOD
This project consisted of demolishing and rebuilding a 12,000 sq ft as well as a complete interior build-out of an existing 50,000 sq ft. Gamma Seafood is a leader in the seafood distribution industry.
Steele Mini Park
Located in Coconut Grove, this pocket park is open for the general public. The project consisted of full land preparation, landscaping, irrigation, sidewalks, lighting and benches.
DORAL FIRE STATION
The Doral North Fire Rescue Station No. 69 consists of a one-story, 3-bay rescue station. The project includes 12, 038 sq ft; it will accommodate up to twelve (12) firefighters / paramedics which will respond to the needs of the community.
HOMESTEAD FIRE STATION
The Homestead Fire Rescue Station No. 16 consists of a one-story, 3-bay rescue station. The project includes 12, 038 sq ft; it will accommodate up to twelve (12) firefighters / paramedics which will respond to the needs of the community.
