Safety
“No Job is so important, no service is so urgent, that we cannot take the time to perform our work safely”
At JCON Group our commitment to safety is a key part of our business. We have developed a comprehensive safety program and we work diligently to ensure that our jobsites are safe working environments. Each new employee meets with our full-time Safety Director to learn our safety policies before reporting to his first job site. Weekly “Tool Box Talks” and quarterly company wide safety meetings keep all JCON Group’s employees well informed on the latest safety systems and techniques.
Our safety Director also presents in-house seminars for our supervisors. A few selected topics include, Fire Protection, Scaffolding Safety, fall protection and working in confined spaces. All of our Superintendents and Foreman receive the OSHA Construction Safety Course, and are trained in First Aid and CPR, and are certified by the National Safety Council.
